Shepherd FM secure contract with TNT Express

Shepherd FM has recently secured a deal with TNT Express which will see them deliver mechanical and electrical maintenance to the parcel delivery company. The partnership between the two companies will see Shepherd FM provide TNT with a tailored ‘hub and spoke’ solution which will combine both resident and mobile engineering teams.

Noel Clancy, CEO at Shepherd FM, has commented: “TNT Express operates in a dynamic and demanding arena which requires an expertly balanced combination of quality, pace and 100% uptime.” Clancy also added: “We faced some stiff competition but our ability to listen and build a bespoke offering, which delivered exactly what TNT was looking for, differentiated us from the pack.” Clancy also spoke of the two companies “can-do attitude and spirit”, showing that both TNT and Shepherd FM share “an overriding commitment to quality.”

Shepherd FM and TNT have been working collaboratively since July 6th, operating throughout the UK and internationally across 200 countries, providing a smooth, seamless process.

TNT Express Director of Operations, Simon Harper, has said: “We greatly appreciated Shepherd FM’s different approach which includes a dedicated account manager for the life of the contract.” Harper also added: “Having so many locations throughout the UK with a wide range of heating, air-conditioning and electrical maintenance requirements, Shepherd FM’s forward-thinking solutions proved the best option.”
