DHL and ATSG extend US partnership deal to 2019

Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has recently agreed to partner up with DHL’s air network within the US for a further four more years. The deal sees the extension lease 13 Boeing 767 aircrafts for DHL and its air network until March of 2019.

ATSG has said the extended deal symbolises the next stage of its 11 year relationship with the parcel delivery company. Through this DHL provides the aircrafts and services to help support all air freight moving through its US network every day.

The new deal offers incentives to provide premium operating performances, however ATSG has also said it also enables the company to increase its support of DHL’s global network operations.

President and CEO of ATSG, Joe Hete, has said: “This new agreement will give DHL continued access to efficient, reliable freighter services in the US market.”
