TNT renews contract with AB Volvo for a further three years

Parcel carrier TNT has recently renewed its contract with Swedish truck and bus company AB Volvo for a further three years. The new contract will see TNT continue to handle AB Volvo’s European emergency production movements.

TNT carries out the collections of auto components and part from approximately 800 suppliers throughout Europe, delivering them to AB Volvo’s facilities located in Sweden, Belgium, France and Poland. TNT delivers with a combination of scheduled and special services to make sure all production delivery requirements are met successfully.

Having worked with Volvo for more than 20 years, TNT also manages the delivery of parts from European suppliers to manufacturing locations in Hagerstown, Maryland, USA, however most parts are collected from AB Volvo’s central and support warehouses in Europe. TNT provides a door-to-door service for shipments with availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
