To book it in the first place you just have to enter some details online using the quote system and then you will be able to have a general idea of how much an airport to airport service costs. You can then choose to book straight away or confirm these rates over the phone.

To receive your quotation you are required to enter a full description of what is being sent, the number of items and their gross weight, dimensions, etc. As well as this, they need to know the name, address and contact details of the consignee.

Once the booking has been confirmed you will be emailed the full flight details and you will also be posted a copy of the Air Waybill. A customs form will be completed for anything over £600, for just a £10 fee.

The shipment can be collected from your home or business premises and delivered to the airport in question. Once the item arrives at its destination, the recipient will collect the goods, although they may be expected to pay any handling charges.
