Asia and Middle East services expanded by FedEx Express

FedEx Express expects this additional route to drastically improve the service for customers in Asia who need to do business with those in the Middle East. It will also prove beneficial for those in the Middle East too as the route will be operated five times per week.

The journey to Dubai is to be run from Guangzhou in Southern China, which is the Asian Pacific hub for FedEx Express. It will pass through Mumbai on the way there, with Delhi the stop for the return flight.

Up to two days can be saved on the shipping of particular items from countries in the Middle East to destinations in the Asia Pacific.

These transit improvements have been welcomes by the FedEx Express president of Asia Pacific, David Cunningham Jr, as access has now been expanded in two of the world’s fastest growing markets.

He explained:

“We are highly attuned to the increasing needs of our customers and respond with new services which keep them at the forefront of their industries in this demanding world.”
