Customs documentation
Whatever destination you are shipping goods to, you should always check for the correct customs documentation to accompany your shipment. Should you fail to do so, customs may delay the process of clearing of your goods which can often lead to a rejection.
- Be aware your required documentation may vary depending on the destination you are sending to. Please contact our customer services team if you are unsure about this and require some guidance.
Download customs forms
To download a form right-click on its name and choose 'save target as' from the menu. To open a form in your browser, simply click on its name. Then choose 'print' from the 'file' menu to print the form.
- Note: You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system in order to read and print the forms. The installation is easy, quick and free - download Acrobat Reader from Adobe.com

| New Zealand Customs Form | A copy of the New Zealand Unaccompanied Baggage form should accompany all consignments sent to New Zealand. This can be used in conjunction with, or instead of the General Packing List. We recommend that you use both. | Download Form |
| Packing List Templates | Packing Lists (also known as Customs Invoice) should be used as a minimum requirement to accompany goods to all worldwide destinations. There is an option to create a Packing List online as part of our booking process. | Download (Excel) Download (PDF) |
| Shippers Declaration | Due to an increase of undeclared hazardous goods being sent within air freight shipments we now require a declaration to be signed by all shippers to confirm that no prohibited items are contained within your consignment.This can be used in conjunction with the Hazardous Goods Information pack. | Download |
