UPS has recently announced Ronald Chang will change roles from currently being Vice President of UPS Capital Corporation to being the President of UPS Capital. Chang will succeed Bob Bernabucci, who is due to retire his position at the parcel delivery company after 41 years.

UPS Chief Financial Officer, Kurt Kuehn, has said: “We are grateful to Bob for his loyal service and contribution to our company. He’s built a strong portfolio of products for UPS Capital which offers innovative and competitive solutions for our customers. We are fully confident in Ronald’s ability to build upon Bob’s solid foundation and continue leading UPS Capital’s growth and contribution to UPS.”

Previous roles has seen Chang be responsible for leading UPS’s more corporate development activities, some of which include mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and divestiture activities. Chang has been known to have completed over 70 deals throughout 30 countries.

Bob Bernabucci joined the American parcel giant in 1973, with the early years of careers seeing him filling significant roles such as leading the UPS treasury group and being head of the finance team. Bernabucci earned his status as President of UPS Capital in 1999.
