Korean Air Cargo and LUG Aircargo Handling extend contract together

Airline company Korean Air Cargo has revealed it is to increase its partnership with LUG Aircargo Handling at Frankfurt International Airport for an additional 5 years up until 2019. LUG Aircargo Handling has deal with passenger freight and cargo aircraft on behalf of Korean Air Cargo for the past 17 years, making it the company’s longest-standing customer.

Patrik Tchirch, Managing Director of LUG, has said: “We are delighted to continue serving this leading Asian cargo carrier and celebrate the 20th anniversary of our cooperation in 2017.”

Offering seven weekly passenger flights and up to nine full freighter flights, with LUG handling up to 60,000 tonnes of cargo for the airline in Frankfurt on an annual basis.
