This new economical TG Australasia Express service is for parcels to Australia and New Zealand. Parcels are consolidated at our UK warehouse and then transferred to trusted carriers for international transit.

Size and Weight Restrictions
Max length: 105cm
Max volume: 25cm3
Max parcel weight: 22kg
Your shipment will be charged by either actual weight or volumetric weight – whichever is greater.
Volumetric weight is a value derived from the size rather than the weight of your parcel and may apply if your parcel is particularly large and contains relatively light items.
For this service, we calculate volumetric weight by multiplying the three dimensions of your parcel together and dividing by 5000.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Parcels into Australia are exempt from duty below a value of AUS$1000.
From 1st July 2018, you will need to register for Goods and Services Tax (GST) if you are a business selling over AUS$75,000 per annum and sell low value imported goods to Australian customers.
Parcels into New Zealand are subject to duty and tax depending on the product type but typically when valued above NZD$300.
When sending personal effects to Australia, the owner of the goods must complete a Unaccompanied Baggage Declaration (right click, Save As to download), and may be asked to provide a copy of their passport and relevant visa to customs.
