TG Euro Parcel Reliable, road-based parcel delivery to Europe.

Surcharges

Surcharge Description	Fee
Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP) Admin Fee Admin fee for billing customs duties to the shipper rather than the receiver.	£5
Oversize Export For exports using the DPD Classic service that exceed the maximum weight and dimension restrictions.	£22 per piece, plus Fuel (see below)
Non-Compatible Applies to parcels that are not compatible with sorting machines, including: - Cylindrical, circular, tyres and tubes - Bubble-wrapped parcels - Shrink-wrapped parcels - Wooden boxes - Flat packs - Polystyrene boxes - Unevenly weighted parcels - Odd shapes with no flat surface - Those with loose banding	£3.50 per piece, plus Fuel (see below)
Fuel Surcharge A fee charged by DPD that covers the fluctuating cost of fuel. It is included in our prices.	Please refer to the latest fuel surcharges

DPD collect directly from our depot for this service. This means you have a few different options to choose from when it comes to dropping off your parcel or having it collected from your door.

Collections from your door

Collections from your door are arranged by Transglobal Express, with a choice of carriers. In some areas of London, North West England and the East Midlands, we will collect your parcels ourselves - at no extra cost to you.

If you are booking a non-Transglobal collection, please add 1 working day to the estimated transit time to allow for overnight delivery to our depot.

Drop-offs

You can also drop off at one of our depots (or partner shops - see full list), or choose one of hundreds of DPD drop-off or UPS Access Point™ locations nationwide.

Labelling

If booking a collection, unless we are collecting your parcel ourselves, your shipping labels will show our depot as the destination address.

Once your shipment arrives at our depot, we'll process it, relabel if required and send it on to its final address.

Insurance

Up to £50 free cover included
Standard insurance available for up to £2,500
Business insurance available for up to £250,000

For some destinations, shipments valued up to €150 require IOSS registration and you will need to provide an IOSS number. Please refer to the table below.

Shipments sent without IOSS registration where it is required will be returned to sender.

TG Euro Parcel - Shipments to Scandinavia

Parcels to Sweden and Finland will be delivered to DPD Pickup Shops local to your delivery address.

For parcels to Denmark and Norway, only one attempt will be made to deliver to the recipient's address. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be made available to collect at a local Pickup Shop the following day.

Max. weight: 30kg per piece
Max. longest side: 120cm
Max. 2nd longest side: 76cm
Max. girth: 300cm - how girth is calculated

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Personal effects, liquids, jewellery and watches are all prohibited for this service
This service cannot be used for returns or repairs
Products of iron and steel must not contain Russian basic products and consignees (importers) must be able to provide proof upon request - please include this declaration (.docx file) with your shipment
This service cannot be used to deliver to Amazon warehouses

Packaging Requirements

Items should be packaged in cardboard boxes, not only in jiffy bags, bubblewrap, etc
Pallets and wooden crates/boxes are not accepted
Suitcases are not accepted

DPD Predict

DPD Predict is available for some destinations, with delivery notifications and options for redelivery. More info.
DPD Predict

The DPD Predict service is available for some destinations. If the recipient's mobile number is provided when the booking is made, DPD will text them to announce a one-hour delivery window (e.g. 10am-11am). They will also receive an email.

Nobody at home? They can change the delivery day, re-route the parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop, or arrange to have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
