We recently sent out our second quarterly customer satisfaction survey of 2020, inviting those who placed orders with us in April, May and June to let us know what they thought of our service.

How you rated our customer service

230 of you rated your experience of our customer service. Excluding “non-applicable” answers, 92.6% of respondents rated our professionalism as Good or Excellent, 89.5% our level of knowledge, and 86.8% our quality of advice.

96% of survey respondents rated our speed of answering the phone as Good or Excellent; 85.8% our speed of answering emails; and 87.6% the speed with which their query was resolved.
