Last week we sent out our third quarterly customer satisfaction survey of 2020, inviting those who placed orders with us in July, August and September to let us know what they thought of our services.

279 of you rated your experience of our customer service. Discounting responses of “N/A”, 90.3% of respondents rated our professionalism as Good or Excellent, 88.4% our level of knowledge, and 88.4% our quality of advice.
90.2% of survey respondents rated our speed of answering the phone as Good or Excellent; 83.3% our speed of answering emails; and 84.3% the speed with which their query was resolved.
