TNT Express expands "Express Freight" service

International express delivery provider TNT Express recently announced the expansion of its international freight services to ten additional countries beyond Europe. The service expansion beings the total global coverage of the Express Freight services to 80 countries worldwide, with the main areas of development being North and South America and the Middle East.

The service expansion is in line with the consolidation of TNT's services and the focus on the European market following divestment from China and Brazil last year. Freight shipments originating in Europe can now depend upon an increased number of intercontinental shipments.The service offers same day collection, door to door distribution and transit times from 1-3 days for palletised freight shipments of up to 500 kg in weight.
