Shell Aviation introduce ACE programme

Shell Aviation has recently launched a European Programme known as ACE, Aviation Centre of Excellence, based in London.

ACE is currently already in place in a select few airports, including Gothenburg, Zurich and Roskilde, however it has been designed with the intention of securing a place within small and medium sized airports.

The idea of ACE is to satisfy customer needs in covering various services, such as operations, marketing support, safety and security, as well as ensuring the use of modernised and up-to-date equipment and technologies. Marketing aspects will see joint promotional efforts and the use of marketing materials such as the Shell fuel and fly card, while safety procedures will give access to the Shell Airport operating manual. The partnership with Shell Aviation will also feature a dedication to customer care.

Shell Aviation European Sales Manager Ioannis Topsakalidis has said: “We are proud to announce this exciting proposition. We are not just a fuels and lubricants supplier but a partner that is easy to do business with and offers a package of support.”

The new ACE programme will help customers understand the services that Shell Aviation provides.
