DHL Express launches entrepreneurial programme in Sub-Saharan Africa

Hot on the heels of Hennie Heyman’s appointment as new CEO for the Sub-Saharan Africa region, DHL Express has announced that it will be launching a new entrepreneurial training programme in the region called Growing Beyond Borders.

The aim of the programme is to educate small and medium enterprises about the benefits of international trade, providing practical guidance for finding the relevant geographical opportunities. It will be launched in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia and Mauritius in October, with Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Uganda and Ghana to follow at a later date.

The programme will take the form of a workshop and will be free of charge.
