UPS ranks first place in Quest For Quality Awards

UPS has come out on top in the 2015 Quest For Quality Awards, as announced by the trade publication Logistics Management, who conducted a reader poll.

UPS ranked first of 125 transportation and logistics providers, in two judgement categories: Surface Package Carriers, and the very catchily-named 3PL Value Added Warehousing and Distribution Solutions.

It also placed highly in several other categories including Air Express Carriers, Air Freight Forwarders and Expedited Motor Carriers. Readers were asked to rate each company on the basis of customer satisfaction and performance management.
