Collection Times

Once orders have been added to your basket, you can proceed to checkout, at which point you will be given options for collection.

You will be able to select the day and the Ready From time, which means the earliest time your parcel will be available for collection.

The times available to you will vary depending on the service and on the time of booking, but the earliest available is usually 9am. Collections will take place between your Ready From time and 6pm.

Carriers will endeavour to collect on the chosen day. However, scheduled collections are not guaranteed and compensation is not given for failed collections.

Same day collection

For many of our services, it’s possible to have your parcel collected on the day of booking. For some carriers, there may be a small surcharge for same day collection, which we will display.

We generally recommend booking before midday if you’d like your parcel to be collected on the same day, but depending on your courier and your collection address, it is often possible to book much later than this.

The cut-off time for same day collection will be shown next to each collection option. This may vary depending on your area. You can also use our cut-off time calculator.

Collection times for import services

For our import services, same day collection and Ready From time slots are generally not available, but we do offer day-definite collection.
