You have the option of dropping your consignment off at one of our depots, using one of our collection services, or choosing one of hundreds of DPD or UPS drop-off locations nationwide.
Please add 1 working day to your estimated transit time if booking either an optional collection or an alternative drop-off option, to allow for overnight delivery to our depot. For some postcodes in London, Chester and Merseyside, we are able to collect ourselves and ship from the depot same day.
Once your shipment has been delivered to our depot, we will process it and forward your parcel to its final destination via DPD.
If you are not able to print any of your documents, please get in touch and we will be happy to post hard copies to you.
With our DPD service you can ship throughout Europe—for example, from France to Denmark, or Germany to Estonia, or the Netherlands to Austria, and more. We also offer domestic services within each of these countries (for example, from one address in France to another).

Earliest collection for this service is the day after booking. Labels and tracking number are provided by the driver when they collect.
Shipments to Scandinavia
Parcels to Sweden and Finland will be delivered to DPD Pickup Shops local to your delivery address.
For parcels to Denmark and Norway, only one attempt will be made to deliver to the recipient's address. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be made available to collect at a local Pickup Shop the following day.
For European deliveries, DPD offers the Predict service. If the recipient's mobile number is provided when booking through Transglobal Express, DPD will text them to announce a one-hour delivery window (e.g. 10am-11am). They will also receive an email.
Not at home? You can change the delivery day, reroute the parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop, or arrange to have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Size and Weight Restrictions
Restrictions may vary depending on the destination of your shipment. The following information is provided as a general guide:
Maximum piece weight: 30kg
Maximum length: 100cm (UK), 120cm (EU). 2nd piece can't be over 76cm.
Maximum size: 300cm girth*
Girth is calculated as follows: (sum of two smallest dimensions x 2) + longest dimension.
For example: for a parcel of dimensions 20 x 30 x 40cm:
(20 + 30) x 2 + 40 = 140cm
For drop-offs at DPD Pickup locations, the maximum allowable weight is 20kg and the maximum length is 0.5m.
Administered if DPD attempts to collect your parcel and no-one is available to hand it over
Applies if "UK (Mainland)" is selected when quoting for collection in Northern Ireland.
Admin fee for billing customs duties to the shipper rather than the receiver.
Please note that any surcharges on deliveries to EU countries are subject to VAT.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
Personal effects are not permitted on this service.
Liquids are not accepted on this service.
Suitcases are not accepted on this service.
Jewellery and watches are not accepted on DPD services.
Items should be packaged in boxes only, not jiffy bags, bubble wrap on its own, etc.
