Send parcels worldwide with TG International (Depot). For this service, parcels are collected from our depot, allowing us to offer reduced rates as they are collected in bulk - but you can add an optional collection for door-to-door delivery.

How It Works...
With our TG International (Depot) service, parcels are shipped from our depot. You have the option of dropping your consignment off at one of our depots, using one of our collection services, or choosing one of hundreds of DPD or UPS drop-off locations nationwide.
Please add 1 working day to your estimated transit time if booking either an optional collection or an alternative drop-off option, to allow for overnight delivery to our depot. For some postcodes in London, the East Midlands and North West England, we are able to collect ourselves and ship from the depot same day.
Once your shipment has been delivered to our depot, we will process it and forward your parcel to its final destination via our carrier.

If you are not able to print any of your documents, please get in touch and we will be happy to post hard copies to you.
Size and Weight Restrictions
- Maximum weight domestic: 45kg per piece
- Maximum weight international: 68kg per piece
- Maximum length: 120cm
- Maximum 2nd longest side: 70cm
- Maximum length plus girth: 266cm
"Length plus girth" is calculated as length plus twice the width and twice the height.
For example: for a parcel of dimensions 40 x 30 x 20cm:
40 + (2x30) + (2x20) = 140cm
Volumetric Weight
Your shipment will be charged by either actual weight or volumetric weight – whichever is greater.
Volumetric weight is a value derived from the size rather than the weight of your parcel and may apply if your parcel is particularly large and contains relatively light items.
For TG International (Depot), we calculate volumetric weight by multiplying the three dimensions of your parcel together and dividing by 5000.

Tier B: £0.31 ker kg or £14 per shipment (whichever is greater). Tier C: £0.40 per kg or £18.20 per shipment (whichever is greater). This surcharge will be added at time of booking. |

Advancement Fee | When importing a shipment, duties and taxes may apply. The carrier may pay these fees in advance on behalf of the customer. A fee applies in addition to customs charges. | 2.5% of advanced duties/taxes, with a minimum of £12 |
*For multi-piece shipments, if Oversize and Additional Handling (Parcel) both apply, only Oversize will be charged.
