Volumetric Weight

• Volumetric weight is calculated using 5000 as the divisor. How volumetric weight is calculated.

Delivery Attempts

• We will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• We will hold undelivered shipments for 7 days, unless and until a future delivery date is agreed.
• Undeliverable shipments will be returned to sender at cost (see Surcharges).
