Volumetric Weight
- Volumetric weight is calculated using 5000 as the divisor. How volumetric weight is calculated.
Delivery Attempts
- We will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- We will hold undelivered shipments for 7 days, unless and until a future delivery date is agreed.
- Undeliverable shipments will be returned to sender at cost (see Surcharges).
