With our TG Euro Parcel service, you can choose to deliver your consignment into one of our depots (in Bromborough, Wirral, or in Hounslow, London), or to use our optional collection service. From our depot, your consignment will then be sent to its destination.
TG Euro Parcel is a particularly good choice for economical bulk orders, as our cheap rates offset collection costs and longer transit times.

How It Works...
With our TG Euro Parcel service, parcels are shipped from our depot. You have the option of dropping your consignment off at one of our depots, using one of our collection services, or choosing one of hundreds of DPD or UPS drop-off locations nationwide.
Please add 1 working day to your estimated transit time if booking either an optional collection or an alternative drop-off option, to allow for overnight delivery to our depot. For some postcodes in London and North West England, we are able to collect ourselves and ship from the depot same day.
Once your shipment has been delivered to our depot, we will process it and forward your parcel to its final destination via our carrier.
If you are not able to print any of your documents, please get in touch and we will be happy to post hard copies to you.
Free Local Collections
We are able to offer free collections in some areas of London and North West England, in proximity to our depots.
Deliver Taxes Paid (DTP)
This service is available Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP) - which means the shipper pays for any customs fees and taxes rather than the recipient. You will need to apply to make DTP available on your account.
Parcels to Sweden and Finland will be delivered to DPD Pickup Shops local to your delivery address.
For parcels to Denmark and Norway, only one attempt will be made to deliver to the recipient's address. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be made available to collect at a local Pickup Shop the following day.
You can use the DPD Predict service with TG Euro Parcel. If the recipient's mobile number is provided when booking through Transglobal Express, DPD will text them to announce a one-hour delivery window (e.g. 10am-11am). They will also receive an email, or can track their delivery via DPD's app.
If they won't be at home, recipients can change the delivery day, reroute the parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop, or arrange to have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Size and Weight Restrictions
Restrictions may vary depending on the destination of your shipment. The following information is provided as a general guide:
Maximum piece weight: 30kg
Maximum length: 175cm (up to 3kg), 100cm (UK, above 3kg), 120cm (EU, above 3kg). 2nd piece can't be over 76cm.
Maximum size: 300cm girth*
Girth is calculated as follows: (sum of two smallest dimensions x 2) + longest dimension.
For example: for a parcel of dimensions 20 x 30 x 40cm:
(20 + 30) x 2 + 40 = 140cm
DTP (Delivered Taxes Paid) Admin Fee
Admin fee for billing customs duties to the shipper rather than the receiver.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
Liquids are not accepted on this service.
Suitcases are not accepted on this service.
Jewellery and watches are not accepted.
Items should be packaged in boxes only, not jiffy bags, loose bubble wrap, etc.
