David Binks, CEO of TNT Express, to retire in June

David Binks, CEO of TNT and FedEx Express Europe President, is to retire in June. He will be succeeded by Bert Nappier, who is the current senior vice president of finance - international for FedEx Express.

Binks began working for FedEx in the UK in 1983. After leading FedEx Express teams in Europe, the Middle East and Canada, he was most recently involved in the company’s acquisition of TNT.

“Throughout David’s remarkable 35-year-career at FedEx, he has contributed to the growth of our company around the globe,” said David L. Cunningham, president and CEO of FedEx Express. “We wish him the best in his retirement, and look forward to continued success in Europe as Bert takes on this critical role.”

Bert Nappier has worked for FedEx in various leadership roles since 2005.
