HR Manager

Transglobal Express is a rapidly growing international parcel delivery company with a reputation for excellent customer service. As our company expands, we want to ensure that we continue to foster a happy and healthy work environment for our staff, conducive to upholding our high quality of service.

To that end, we are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager for our 50 staff. The role is for our Head Office in Bromborough.

Job description

  • Salary: Circa £30k pro rata, per annum
  • Job type: Permanent
  • Location: Bromborough, Merseyside

We're looking for an individual with a strong background in HR. You will be CIPD qualified or have relevant HR experience and have a proven record of conducting the key HR functions including disciplinary, grievances, recruitment and training.

You will need to ensure that we are up to date on Employment legislation and that our policies and procedures reflect these. This is a new standalone role and you will need to be confident in your HR knowledge and help our management team implement and maintain policies to ensure they are carried out consistently. The role will involve recruitment, performance management and carrying out all aspects of employee relations and training.

The ideal candidate will be highly efficient and organised, able to manage and co-ordinate the full range of required duties and complete all tasks in a timely manner.

Part/full time hours will be considered. 45 minute lunch; 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
