Free collections for express services in London, the Midlands and North West England

We offer a range of services for which couriers collect directly from our depot. As they collect in large volume, we’re able to pass reduced rates on to our customers.

For these services, you can drop off your parcels or book an optional collection from your door, to have your parcels delivered to our depot. For all intents and purposes it then functions as a door-to-door service, with the advantage that you can consolidate multiple orders for any of these services into a single collection.

In selected postcodes in London, the Midlands and the North West, our own drivers will collect. In those postcodes, if your order meets either of the following conditions, we’ll collect for FREE*:

• The collection by Transglobal contains at least one international shipment.
• The total of all orders checked out exceeds £25.

You can also keep adding new orders to an existing collection for free, up until the driver arrives.

To find out if free collection is available in your area, include your collection postcode for a quote. It'll show you in the Collection column:

* Transglobal collections made for domestic shipments (i.e. those destined for a UK address) have a price per collection of £4.95 (£5.94 incl. VAT) if orders don’t meet either of these conditions.

How long does it take?

We can ship out from our depot on the very same day when we collect from your door for express services:

• UPS (TG)

This means your collection does not add significant time to the overall journey.
