Every three months we send out our quarterly customer satisfaction survey to find out how you rate our website and customer service. Last week we invited feedback from customers who used us in April, May and June 2018.
How you rated our customer service
This quarter we have seen a slight overall uptick in positive feedback for customer service across the board. 204 customers rated their experience with customer service. 87.7% of respondents rated the professionalism of our team as Good or Excellent; 86.1% our agents’ level of knowledge; and 85.1% our quality of advice.
88% of survey respondents, for whom the question applied, rated our speed of answering the phone as Good or Excellent; 83.8% our speed of answering emails; and 83.7% the speed with which their query was resolved.
How you rated our website
On the whole, customers report finding our website user-friendly and easy to navigate.
490 customers rated our website. 91.3% rated it as Good or Excellent for ease of finding information; 88.9% for clarity of information; and 92.2% for ease of booking.
For the overall experience of using our website, 91.6% of respondents rated us Good or Excellent.

Finally, we asked for your feelings about your overall experience with Transglobal Express.
Of 482 respondents, 95.4% felt that we listened to and valued their opinion, and 91.9% said that they would probably or definitely recommend us to a friend.
