An interesting incident has cropped up on social media this week: a Yodel customer by the name of Ajmal Aziz reported that he received a ‘sorry we missed you’ note which informed him that his parcel had been left on the roof of his house.

Apparently the Yodel delivery man had attempted to chuck the parcel through an open window, but it landed on the roof instead. ‘Sorry top of your roof,’ the note explained.

Yodel have been very apologetic, stating that it is not their policy to throw parcels. The delivery driver later returned with a ladder to retrieve the item.
