For our customers who have recently booked a TNT export or import service, please note that TNT is currently experiencing technical difficulties, the result of which is that labels are not generating. This issue is nationwide.
This will affect same day collections, which cannot be guaranteed as a result.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, though unfortunately the issue is beyond our control. TNT hopes to resolve this issue by 5pm this evening. [Update: as of April 5th, we are still encountering problems.]
