Transglobal Express awarded Learning and Development accreditation by CfA

We are very pleased to announce that Transglobal Express has been awarded the new PD76006 Learning and Development accreditation by the Centre for Assessment. We were certified on 7th November 2017.

We are one of the first businesses in the UK to receive this award, which assesses standards of individual and organisational learning and development. CfA spoke to individuals from a range of departments within the company, including customer service, IT, marketing and warehouse staff.

Following this assessment, we will continue to improve our company processes, focusing on attracting and retaining talent, as well as looking to enhance the overall job satisfaction of our employees.
