Every quarter we send out our customer satisfaction survey to gauge how our customers are finding our website and services. In our most recent survey, we invited feedback from customers who booked with us in July, August or September 2018.
How you rated our customer service
253 customers rated their experience with customer service. 88% of respondents rated the professionalism of our team as Good or Excellent. For level of knowledge, 85.6% rated us positively, while 86.3% respondents positively rated our quality of advice.
91.5% of survey respondents rated our speed of answering the phone as Good or Excellent; 84.8% our speed of answering emails; and 81.9% the speed with which their query was resolved.
How you rated our website
571 customers rated our website. 91.3% rated it as Good or Excellent for ease of finding information; 89.9% for clarity of information; and 93% for ease of booking.
For the overall experience of using our website, 92.2% of respondents rated us Good or Excellent.

Of 558 respondents, 91.2% felt that we listened to and valued their opinion, and 90.7% said that they would be likely to recommend us to a friend.
