Our customer satisfaction survey results for Q1 2020!

Your feedback is always important to us. To that end, we sent out our first customer satisfaction survey of 2020, inviting those who placed orders with us in January, February and March to let us know what they thought of their experience with Transglobal Express.

How you rated our customer service

170 of you rated your experience of our customer service. Excluding “non-applicable” answers, 85.6% of respondents rated our professionalism as Good or Excellent, 84.3% our level of knowledge, and 83.3% our quality of advice.

88% of survey respondents rated our speed of answering the phone as Good or Excellent; 84.4% our speed of answering emails; and 82.1% the speed with which their query was resolved.
