Cost-saving solutions

At the heart of the operation are the depots we have across the UK. For a range of services, carriers will collect parcels from our depots directly, and because they do so in large volume, which is more convenient for them, we’re able to pass reduced rates on to you. This is in addition to the savings we offer as standard for all services, thanks to our hefty buying power.

You’re welcome to drop off your goods at our depots, or at one of our partners’ drop-off points, but you can also book a collection from your door, for delivery to our depot.

This turns the whole thing into a straightforward door-to-door service, the only difference being that it makes its journey via us, and gives you a few extra options for added flexibility.

All rolled into one

We offer a broad array of services of this type, both domestic and international, including Evri, Landmark Global, DHL Parcel UK, DX, UPS and USPS. Services including TG Express and TG Euro Parcel are delivered via the networks of top companies such as DHL and DPD.

As everything is co-ordinated via our depot, you only need to arrange one collection or drop-off for all parcels booked on any of these services. We’ll then sort them on arrival. This approach provides you with greater convenience and the ability to mix and match services with no extra fuss.

Additionally, our tracking system keeps you informed with updates from all carriers involved, ensuring peace of mind throughout the shipping process – you can use your order reference as your single tracking number.

Consolidated collections

Our collection options can also help businesses save on shipping costs, especially when dealing with bulk shipments. We offer cost-saving consolidation options with leading carriers DHL Parcel UK and DPD. By combining multiple shipments into larger parcels weighing up to a maximum of 30kg each, businesses can significantly reduce their shipping expenses.

Free collections

We’re also able to provide free same day collections in selected postcodes across the North West, Midlands and London/South East, where our own drivers will collect. For express services, goods will be dispatched from our depot on the same day, meaning no significant additions to transit time.
