Landmark Global

General Information

Landmark Global is a tracked mail service for parcels up to 30kg that ships from our depot in Feltham, London. You can drop your consignment off at our London depot, or book an optional collection service.

With Landmark Global, longer transit times are offset by lower costs, making it ideal for non-urgent shipments. It's trackable all the way.

How It Works...

When booking our Landmark Global service, you have the option of dropping your consignment off at our London depot or using one of our collection services. Once your shipment has been delivered to our depot, we will process it and forward your parcel to its final destination via Landmark.

  • We will generate your shipping documentation, which will be available for you to download from your ‘My Account’ area after you have made your booking.
  • You will need to print your Shipping Label, and Packing List/Customs Invoice if applicable, and ensure this is securely attached to your parcel.
  • For all parcels sent to destinations outside of the European Union, our carriers require a Packing List/Customs Invoice detailing the size, weight, contents and value of your goods for customs purposes. 
  • If you are not able to print your documents, please get in touch and we can send them to you.

If you are sending to our depot using your own carrier, please put 'Transglobal Express (Your TP- order reference number)' at the top of the depot address.


If your consignment is being collected:

If you are unable to drop off your shipment at our depot, you can choose one of our collection services. These will deliver your consignment to our depot, before it is sent on to its final destination.

If you choose TNT collection:

  • Once your booking is complete, we will generate your TNT documents. These are made available for you to download from your 'My Account' area.
  • You will need to print and securely attach the TNT Shipping Label to your parcel and give the TNT Collection Manifest and Consignment Notes to the driver.
  • We will re-label your consignment for the outbound journey once it reaches our depot. We will attach the new Shipping Label, as well as the Packing List/Customs Invoice if applicable.

If you choose DPD collection/Pickup:

  • Please print off two copies of your Shipping Label as the driver may require a spare. Securely attach one to your parcel.
  • We will re-label your consignment for the outbound journey once it reaches our depot. We will attach the new Shipping Label, as well as the Packing List/Customs Invoice if applicable.

If you choose UPS collection/Access Point:

  • Please print off two copies of your Shipping Label as the driver (or agent at the Access Point) may require a spare. Securely attach one to your parcel.
  • We will re-label your consignment for the outbound journey once it reaches our depot. We will attach the new Shipping Label, as well as the Packing List/Customs Invoice if applicable.

For all parcels sent to destinations outside of the European Union, our carriers require a Packing List/Customs Invoice detailing the size, weight, contents and value of your goods for customs purposes.

If you are not able to print any of your documents, please get in touch and we will be happy to post hard copies to you.

Returns

Please note: In the event that the receiver does not take delivery of your goods, returns can take up to 6 months for this service, as Landmark Global will hold mail at their depot until they reach volume.

Restrictions may vary depending on the destination of your shipment. Here are the general restrictions for this service, with country-specific exceptions listed below:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: 150cm (length, width or height)
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth*
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 30kg
  • Maximum diameter for rolls: 40cm

Australia:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 105cm
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth*
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 23kg

Belgium:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 150cm
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth*
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 30kg

Canada:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 200cm
  • Maximum size: 300cm girth*
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 30kg

Denmark:

  • Maximum dimensions per item: longest side 152cm
  • Maximum size: 330cm girth*
  • Maximum weight for parcels: 31.5kg

*Girth is calculated as follows: (sum of two smallest dimensions X 2) + longest dimension.

For example: for a parcel of dimensions 20 x 30 x 40cm:

(20 + 30) x 2 + 40  = 140cm

Volumetric Weight

Your shipment will be charged by either actual weight or volumetric weight – whichever is greater.

Volumetric weight is a value derived from the size rather than the weight of your parcel and may apply if your parcel is particularly large and contains relatively light items.

Landmark Global calculates volumetric weight by multiplying the three dimensions of your parcel together and dividing by 6000.

Surcharges

There are currently no surcharges for this service.

Consignments that exceed size and weight restrictions will not be shipped from our depot.
