Transit Times
Since documents are not subject to customs clearance, transit times can often be significantly reduced. Book a UPS Express® (Envelope) service today and your documents could be in Europe tomorrow morning
How it works
- Get a quote by selecting “Documents” and your destination country and the weight and dimensions of your documents into our simple quote form.
- Enter the weight and dimensions of your consignment. As long as your documents can fit into a 335x240mm UPS envelope and weigh no more than 0.5kg, you’re eligible for this service, and our UPS (Envelope) services will be available for selection on the quote screen.
- Select a UPS (Envelope) service and enter your collection and delivery address and preferred collection date – same day collection is available if you book before the cut-off time for your area.
- Complete your booking, and download and print your automatically generated Shipping Label.
- Place your documents into a UPS envelope, attach your Shipping Label to the envelope and await your collection.
Your UPS driver should be able to provide you with an envelope upon collection. If not, place your documents in a normal envelope and ask for it to be placed in a UPS envelope at the depot. We can also post UPS envelopes to you in advance of your collection, upon request.
